Ventri Biologicals is a vaccine division of the Venkateshwara Hatcheries (VH) Group. VH group has diverse stakes in breeding of poultry, poultry equipmenst, hatcheries, egg and chicken processing, animal health products, production of specific pathogen free (SPF) eggs and poultry feed. Our quest for excellence began in the year 1980 with the establishment of Ventri Biologicals as one of the leading avian vaccine manufacturer in India. We provide a wide range of 32 poultry vaccines, some of which have been introduced for the first time as solutions to the ongoing problems of the Indian poultry industry.

Our aim is to provide better solutions for poultry health by manufacturing vaccines using state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated Research and Development facilities. We are supported by a highly qualified and dedicated team of scientists. Our Poultry Diagnostic and Research Centers provide the technical service and carry out disease surveillance across the country. Infrastructure at Ventri Biologicals

We have a modern facility for the manufacturing and testing of the various biological. The manufacturing areas are segregated as per the product. We have in all 14 production areas. The production is carried out in separate areas for production of live viral vaccines, inactivated viral vaccines and inactivated bacterial vaccines. The preparatory manufacturing activities are carried out in Class 1,00,000 / 10,000 while actual production processes involving critical operations like preparation of cell culture, virus infection, harvesting and filling are carried under Class 100 with Class 10,000 background. Each area is equipped with modern equipments as per the process requirement. We follow stringent measures of current Good manufacturing Practises (cGMP).

The Quality control department tests each batch of vaccine routinely as per the pharmacopoeia requirements before the product is released in the market. The department is well equipped with all the necessary equipment required for testing of raw material, packing material, in-process tests and final product evaluation. All production and quality control testing are carried out using specific pathogen free (SPF) eggs.
