This Specialized course is designed to train persons in Incubation and Hatchery Management and is meant for those engaged in or scheduled to take up Hatchery operations. The trainees learn about:

1. Collection, Grading of Eggs
2. Principles of incubation.
3. Incubator – Setter and Hatcher.
4. Loading the setter.
5. Fumigation.
6. Care to be taken during incubation.
7. Candling and transfer of eggs to hatcher.
