The VJ Super K Incubation System with microprocessor based controls consists of a setting capacity of 60,480 eggs and hatching capacity of 10,080 eggs.

The machine's cabinet is made from panels of FRP sheets that are strongly bonded to EPS slabs for effective insulation. These panels are joined together by high quality aluminium extruded sections and are sealed by silicon based high performance glue. The cabins can withstand harsh detergents and sanitisers, therefore rusting is totally eliminated.

Eggs can be set in just a few minutes, without breakage. No handling of eggs or flats is required. Two trolleys loaded with eggs are rolled into the setter, one on each side. Each setter holds two rows of six trolleys each. Being a multistage incubation machine, every three days, two new trolleys loaded with eggs are rolled in.

The air is mixed and delivered by six fans to the entire volume of the setter. The unique environmental system of VJ Super K ensures fresh air to cool the oldest eggs while using the heat and carbon-di-oxide (CO2)from these eggs to warm the early developing embryos.

Trolleys are constructed of hot-dipped galvanized steel and equipped with an air cylinder for turning, vinyl plastic curtains and steel or nylon wheels.

Egg flats are made of superior grade polypropylene and are available in different capacities (42, 36 and 77 eggs) to suit the requirement arising due to different sizes of eggs.

Each hatcher has two doors, which open a full 180° and can hold two trolleys. The trolleys are contructed from hot dipped galvanized steel. Metal perforated hatcher trays are made from galvanized steel steels with heavy zinc coating not less than 275 GSM.

Super K setters and hatchers are equipped with microprocessor based controllers that regulate temperature and humidity ... precisely to 0.1° F and allow the operator to adjust temperature and humidity inside the machines. The display provides complete indication of all the systme and alarm status.

The controller can be connected to the computer by computerized hatchery management software and modem for remote monitoring and controlling.
