- Shutter blades are available in galvanised steel, or aluminium (AS) on request.
- The wallhousing is of a robust design, due to a special pressing and plying proceeding. The cuttings and pressings with our CAD/CAM automated machines are of such precision, that local assembly of fans shipped in knocked-down form is easy. Shipping this way volume of shipped goods is less the one fifth of assembled ones.
- Nylon sockets which make our fans light-and airtight. Width of only 400 mm. stands for higher loading possibilities on trucks and containers.
- The EOS fan is characterized by its unique shutter blades opening and closing system through a non-dynamic, non-rotative arrangement of masses ermotecnica Pericoli patent). This system guarantees troublefree operation for many years.
- The electric motor was especially designed and manufactured for these EOS-series fans with highest efficiency in mind, performing in heavy-duty circumstances. To guarantee highest reliability our motors are in IP 55 execution and class "F" isolation for tropical conditions.
- The tensioning of the V-belt is of highest simplicity. Just the only one bolt on the air inlet side must be loosened. No other part of the fan has to be taken off.
- The 6-bladed propeller is available in four versions: galvanised steel (GALV), epoxycoated galvanised steel (STD), aluminium/magnesium alloy (ALU) and stainless steel (INOX).
- The shape of the propeller-blades guarantees an extremely powerful airflow while maintaining a very low noise level which indeed is the lowest in its category worldwide.

The driven central pulley, in its exclusive and reliable configuration with only one ballbearing and the fanblade mounting supports are made in die-cast aluminium alloy, absolutely rustproof, allowing for a fast and simple assembly
