  • The feed adjuster rings:

    There is a accurate and equal feed amount per pan.

    The adjustment can be made according to the type of feed i.e.

    1. high feed level for difficult feed (e.g. mash feed)
    2. low feed level for easy feed (e.g. pellets)
    7 levels for feed adjustment as indicated in the above illustration. Because of precise feed level adjustment, only fresh feed is available to the chickens.

  • The special shape of the pans:
    1. The feed is concentrated in the center of the pan.
    2. The feed is far from the pan edge.
    3. No selective feeding.
  • The feed cone:
    1. Wings prevent scratching of feed and minimize beak thrown feed.
  • The grill:
    1. The conical shape and the rim of the grill avoid feed wastage.
    2. Wide openings for confortable feeding
    3. The 4, 10 or 14 strut grill provides adequate spacing to accomodate any type of bird

    • Fast growth.


    After brooding, you winch up the circuits until the feed windows close. Feed now flows into the inner pan from underneath the feed cone. Your Fimavit system distributes equal portion of feed simultaneously to all inner pans, all over the house. A fast, gliding auger with an output of over 1000 kg/hour (2200 lb/hour) keeps them filled up until the daily ration is distributed. Any feed dropped from the inner pan is collected in the outer pan and consumed by the birds.

    After each round, a clean installation in no time. At the end of each round, you winch the lines above working height. This way, you can clean up the house quickly and easily.
