Circulation Fans

The tensioning of the belt is easy and simple through an exclusive system in which the motor support slides over the sustaining bar. The fans might be installed to provide wind chill effect in an open house poultry shed. The can be installed either suspended or fixed to the floor by means of a support structure. The electric motor is designed and manufactured for this fan with the highest efficiency in mind, performing in heavy-duty, desert-like circumstances. To guarantee the highest reliability, all our motors are in IP 55 execution and class "F" isolation for tropical conditions.

VR Equipment Limited has developed low power high efficiency 30" Air Circulation Fan suitable for various applications. The fan has 04 Aluminium Die Cast Blades which ensure highest fan efficiency without distortion of the blade profile. The blades are directly mounted on the motor shaft which ensures smooth and silent operation. The motors (induction type single phage) are totally enclosed in a squirrel cage. The motor windings are insulated and impregnated with materials selected for high resistance to heat and humidity. The fan has a sturdy galvanized stainless steel fabricated frame which ensures sturdy and vibration free operation of the fan. Also the fan can be easily suspended or mounted on the floor. Powder coated wire guards are provided on both sides as addtional safety measures.
